1. Feeding and Pre-screening Equipment

The core model is F5X series vibrating feeder equipped with bar pre-screening function. It can evenly convey raw stones within 800mm in size, and remove soil and fine impurities in advance. This effectively prevents impurities from lowering crushing efficiency and ensures pure raw materials. Its modular structure allows easy installation and daily maintenance.

2. Primary Crushing Equipment

C6X series jaw crusher serves as the main primary crushing machine. Designed with deep crushing cavity without dead zone, it effectively avoids material blocking and crushes large raw stones into particles of 150mm to 200mm. Adopting high-strength wear-resistant parts, it delivers stable output and outstanding performance in processing hard rocks.

3. Secondary and Fine Crushing Equipment

The combined configuration includes HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and HPT multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. HST undertakes secondary crushing while HPT finishes fine crushing work. Both machines apply laminated crushing principle, with automatic iron removal under overload conditions and hydraulic gap adjustment. Finished products come with low flaky particle content and uniform grain size, ideal for hard materials such as granite and basalt.

4. Shaping and Sand Making Equipment

VSI6X series impact crusher is the key sand making and stone shaping equipment. Built with four-port impeller structure, it supports two working modes: stone-on-stone crushing and stone-on-iron crushing. It can reshape crushed materials into well-graded high-quality aggregates and produce manufactured sand steadily with high sand yield and adjustable powder content. 5. Screening and Conveying Equipment

S5X multi-layer vibrating screen is used for material classification, separating finished products into different specifications including 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-20mm.
