What are the complete stone crushing plant equipments? How much is a complete crushing production line?
A complete stone crushing plant is a full set of sand and aggregate production system. Its core consists of five modules: main crushing machines, feeding, screening, conveying, and electric control. Prices range from about 100,000 RMB to over 10 million RMB, mainly depending on capacity, material hardness, configuration, and automation level.
A complete stone crushing plant is an integrated production line used in mines, sand quarries, and infrastructure projects to process raw stone into qualified aggregates. It mainly comprises five core systems: feeding, crushing, screening, conveying, and dust removal. The line can be flexibly configured based on raw material hardness, output, and finished product specifications. The whole plant realizes continuous operation from raw stone feeding, multi-stage crushing, particle size classification to finished product discharge, serving as key equipment for manufactured sand and crushed stone production.

Feeding System
The feeding system is the starting point of the production line. Vibrating feeders are commonly used to feed raw stone uniformly and quantitatively into the main crusher, preventing material accumulation and blockage. They also preliminarily remove soil and dust, ensuring stable operation of subsequent equipment. With a simple structure and low failure rate, they are suitable for feeding various hard and soft raw stones.
Crushing System
The crushing system is the core of the complete plant, usually adopting a multi-stage combination.
Primary crushing: Mostly uses jaw crushers to handle large raw stones with high compressive strength, reducing materials from dozens of centimeters to 100–300 mm, suitable for granite, basalt, limestone, etc.
Secondary & fine crushing: Cone crushers or impact crushers are commonly used. Cone crushers excel in high-hardness materials with uniform particle shape and low wear; impact crushers are better for medium-low hardness stones with high efficiency and excellent discharge quality.
For manufactured sand, a sand making machine is required to further process finely crushed materials into 0–5mm manufactured sand, meeting construction sand standards.
Screening System
Composed of circular vibrating screens installed after crushers, it classifies crushed materials into qualified products and oversize materials. Unqualified coarse materials are returned to the crusher for reprocessing, forming a closed circuit to ensure uniform particle size meeting engineering requirements. It can produce 1–2mm, 1–3mm, 2–4mm and other graded crushed stones simultaneously.
Conveying System
Connected by belt conveyors, it transfers materials between feeding, crushing, screening, and finished product stacking. With flexible layout, it can convey horizontally or inclinedly according to site terrain, ensuring continuous and smooth production.
Environmental Protection Auxiliary Equipment
Modern complete plants are equipped with dust removal, noise reduction, and spraying devices such as baghouse dust collectors and atomization spraying systems to effectively control dust pollution and meet environmental protection requirements. Some wet production lines also add sand washers and fine sand recovery units to clean mud powder, improve aggregate purity, recover lost fine sand, and reduce resource waste.
