How to configure a 300 TPH sand production line?

The core configuration of a 300 TPH sand making production line depends on raw material hardness. There are two mainstream schemes: economic type for soft rock and standard type for hard rock, with a total equipment cost of about 1–5 million RMB (for reference only).

一、 Core Configuration Schemes
Scheme 1: Economic Type for Soft Rock
Feeding Stage: 1 set of ZSW490×110 vibrating feeder, for uniform feeding and pre-screening of soil.
Coarse Crushing Stage: 1 set of PE900×1200 jaw crusher, reducing raw materials ≤700 mm to ≤200 mm.
Secondary/Tertiary Crushing & Sand Making: 1 set of PF1320 impact crusher + 1 set of VSI1145 vertical shaft impact crusher. The impact crusher performs secondary crushing, while the sand making machine shapes sand particles.
Screening & Washing: 2–3 sets of 3YK2470 vibrating screens (grading 0–5mm / 5–10mm / 10–20mm); 1 set of XL-3600 bucket wheel sand washer (optional as needed).
Scheme 2: Standard Type for Hard Rock
(Applicable to granite, river pebble, basalt)
Feeding: Same as soft rock scheme (ZSW490×110).
Coarse Crushing: 1 set of PE900×1200 or PE1000×1200 jaw crusher.
Secondary/Tertiary Crushing: 1 set of HPT300 or SC315 cone crusher (high wear resistance, excellent particle shape).
Sand Making: 1 set of VSI9526 or VSI1145 vertical shaft impact crusher (rock-on-rock principle, wear-resistant).
Screening & Washing: 3 sets of vibrating screens, 1–2 sets of sand washers, fine sand recycling machine (optional).
二.、Process Flow
Raw materials enter the feeder from the bunker and are evenly fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Coarsely crushed materials are conveyed by belt to the cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary and tertiary crushing. Medium-crushed materials enter the sand making machine to form sand. Mixed materials are graded by multi-layer vibrating screens; qualified sand enters the sand washer for powder removal and dewatering, while unqualified large materials are returned for re-crushing. Finished sand is conveyed by belt to the stockpile.
The whole line features a high degree of automation, supporting single-machine start-stop or linkage operation, stably achieving an output of 300 tons per hour.
