Uses laminated crushing, produces excellent particle shape, and has long wear parts life. Ideal for high-hardness rocks like granite and river pebbles.

（3）PFW Series European Impact Crushers

Three-chamber crushing, good grain shape, lower investment. Suitable for medium-soft rocks such as limestone and dolomite.

Sand Making & Shaping

VSI6X/5X Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers

Dual modes: stone-on-stone and stone-on-steel. High sand yield and round particle shape.

2. Auxiliary Equipment

Feeding: F5X Series Vibrating Feeders – uniform feeding, anti-blocking.
Screening: S5X Series Vibrating Screens – multi-layer classification, high efficiency.
Conveying: Belt conveyors – configured by length and width.
Environmental protection: Pulse dust collectors, water spraying systems.

Key Factors Affecting Price

Material hardness: Hard rocks (granite) require cone crushers, leading to higher investment. Soft rocks (limestone) can use impact crushers at lower cost.
Final product requirements: A VSI sand maker is added if manufactured sand is needed.
Automation & environmental protection: PLC centralized control and fully enclosed dust removal increase the cost.
Fixed vs. mobile: Fixed lines have high infrastructure costs. Mobile crushing plants (K/NK Series) require no infrastructure and allow quick startup, with higher unit price but controllable overall cost.
