300 TPH Pebble Stone Crushing Plant Process Flow

The crushing process flow of a cobblestone aggregate production line mainly includes five steps: raw material processing, primary crushing, secondary crushing, tertiary crushing and screening.

Process Flow：

1、Raw Material Processing

Raw cobblestone materials undergo preliminary treatment to remove soil, impurities, etc., ensuring the quality of subsequent crushing.

2、Primary Crushing

After preliminary treatment, raw materials enter a jaw crusher for primary crushing. The jaw crusher is mainly used to crush raw materials into large blocks.

3、Secondary Crushing

After being processed by the jaw crusher, materials enter a single-cylinder cone crusher for secondary crushing. The single-cylinder cone crusher further crushes large blocks from the jaw crusher into smaller blocks.

4、Tertiary Crushing

Materials then enter a multi-cylinder cone crusher for tertiary crushing. The multi-cylinder cone crusher further reduces the smaller blocks into fine granular materials.

5、Screening

After cone crushing, materials are fed into a vibrating screen for classification. The vibrating screen separates crushed granular materials by size to produce qualified cobblestone aggregates. It features high screening efficiency, fast speed and convenient maintenance.
