1、Different crushing materials

Various materials have distinct physical properties including hardness, moisture content and stickiness. These differences directly change the output of stone crushing machines, and lead to different crushing efficiency and sand making volume.

2、Different material stickiness

Material stickiness has a direct impact on crusher production output. Highly sticky materials easily stick to the crushing chamber. If not cleaned in time, they will lower working efficiency. Users need to choose raw materials within the equipment’s acceptable viscosity range.

3、Different material composition

Fine powder inside raw materials is another key factor affecting crusher output. Excessive fine powder tends to stick inside the machine and hinder normal production. It is suggested to sieve materials with too much fine powder before processing to guarantee stable production capacity.

4、Different material moisture content

Too much water in raw materials will cause sticking and blockage inside the crushing cavity during processing, which greatly reduces equipment output. To solve this problem, control raw material humidity properly. Sun exposure or natural air drying can effectively cut down water content.

5、Different fineness of finished sand

The higher fineness you require for finished stone products, the lower production capacity the crusher can reach. Without special demands, set the discharging fineness to medium level and adjust it according to actual production needs.

6、Standard operation and regular maintenance for crushers

Daily operation and routine maintenance also decide machine output. Irregular operation and poor maintenance will speed up wear parts loss, shorten equipment service life and cause continuous production drop.
