Complete equipment list for large sand production plant

The production line of large sand plants mainly consists of six core systems: feeding, crushing, sand making, screening, conveying and environmental protection.
Core Equipment Configuration

Feeding equipment: F5X heavy-duty vibrating feeder. Its bar structure can handle bulk materials up to 1500mm in size, with hourly output reaching 1000 tons. It delivers materials steadily and effectively avoids blockages.

Primary crushing equipment: C6X jaw crusher. Adopting deep crushing cavity design, it accepts raw materials within 1200mm. Its hourly output ranges from 500 to 800 tons. The discharge opening can be adjusted hydraulically, and the service life of wear-resistant parts is extended by 40 percent.

Medium and fine crushing equipment: HPT multi-cylinder and HST single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers apply laminated crushing technology to produce aggregates with low flaky particle content, with hourly output between 200 and 600 tons. For soft rock processing, CI5X impact crusher is a great choice, delivering 250 to 1000 tons per hour and producing well-shaped finished materials.

Sand making and shaping equipment: VSI6X vertical shaft impact sand maker is fitted with four-port impellers, supporting both rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron working modes. Its hourly output is 100 to 583 tons, and wearing parts last much longer. For higher-standard production, the VU tower-type dry sand making system is available, which integrates air classification, dust removal and fine sand recycling to achieve zero emission and eco-friendly operation.

Screening equipment: S5X circular vibrating screen comes with 3 to 4 layers of screen meshes. It can process 300 to 800 tons of materials per hour and realize accurate material grading.
