Machinery Equipment for 200 TPH Stone Crushing Production Line

A 200 TPH stone crushing production line is the mainstream configuration for medium and small sand and gravel plants.  Core Equipment Configuration

1. Vibrating Feeder (GZD/TSW Series)

GZD1100×4200 or TSW0936 bar grizzly feeders are widely adopted to deliver raw materials evenly and continuously to crushers. Its bar structure realizes pre-screening of soil and fine materials to reduce invalid energy consumption. With processing capacity ranging from 200 to 250 tons per hour, it perfectly matches the load of subsequent crushing equipment.

2. Jaw Crusher (PE/C6X Series for Primary Crushing)

PE750×1060 jaw crusher is standard equipped with maximum feeding size up to 1020mm. C6X80 European-style jaw crusher is recommended for hard rock with feeding size within 1280mm. Adopting high manganese steel jaw plates and deep crushing cavity design, SBM jaw crushers deliver large crushing ratio and stable output. They crush bulk stones into particles of 150-200mm, with hourly output reaching 200-260 tons, featuring outstanding durability and easy maintenance.

3. Cone / Impact Crusher (Core Secondary Crushing Equipment)

Hard rock like granite and basalt: HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is the ideal choice. Based on laminated crushing principle, it produces well-graded cubical aggregates with few flaky particles, hourly output 180-220 tons. Equipped with intelligent control system, it supports adjustable discharge opening and reliable overload protection.
Soft rock such as limestone: PF1315 impact crusher is preferred for superior shaping effect to obtain standard cubical finished products. It achieves hourly output of 200-250 tons, suitable for low-hardness materials with lower investment cost.

4. Circular Vibrating Screen (3YZS/2Y Series for Screening)

3YZS2160 three-layer vibrating screen or 3Y1548 screen is configured to classify crushed materials into four specifications: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm. The screening efficiency is over 95%. Built with wear-resistant screen mesh and low-noise structure, it guarantees high-quality finished aggregates.

5. Auxiliary Equipment

It is matched with B-series wear-resistant anti-deviation belt conveyors and centralized electric control cabinets supporting one-button start-stop and intelligent monitoring. For mobile operation demands, K2 series mobile crushing plants are available, which integrate jaw crusher, cone/impact crusher and screening unit together. It requires no fixed foundation and enables flexible site transition.
