3 Million Tons Per Year Sand and Aggregate Production Line Process Flow

The production line adopts a closed-loop process with two stages of crushing, two stages of screening and aggregate optimization. From raw ore feeding to finished product delivery, the whole system runs in a fully enclosed and intelligent way, with no material waste and no dust leakage. The specific process is as follows:

Raw Material Feeding

Mined limestone raw ore is delivered to the F5X vibrating feeder through a closed conveying system. The equipment feeds material evenly and steadily, preventing the crusher from running empty or overloaded and keeping a stable feeding speed at the front end.

Primary Coarse Crushing

Materials are sent into the C6X jaw crusher. With the squeezing force between the movable jaw and fixed jaw, large ore blocks are crushed into medium size, which serves as pre-treatment for secondary crushing.

First-stage Screening

Coarsely crushed materials are transported by belt conveyor to the S5X circular vibrating screen for initial classification. Qualified materials go to the next process, while unqualified large materials return to the jaw crusher for re-crushing to form a closed circulation.

Secondary Medium Crushing

Qualified intermediate materials enter the CI5X impact crusher. Relying on impact force, materials are crushed to the required size, and the aggregate particle shape is optimized at the same time to improve the quality of finished products.

Second-stage Screening

Medium crushed materials are finely graded by multiple sets of S5X circular vibrating screens to separate aggregates of different particle sizes. Part of the materials go back to the impact crusher for reshaping to ensure all particle sizes meet standard requirements.

High-quality Sand Making

Fine materials after screening are sent to the VU300S aggregate optimization system. It completes sand making, particle reshaping and stone powder control, producing high-quality manufactured sand with zero emission and zero pollution during production.
