500TPH Granite Crushing Plant Configuration

Granite is hard and highly abrasive. To suit these features, the 700 TPH production line from Shibang adopts three-stage crushing, closed-circuit screening and sand shaping process.

The main machines include C6X jaw crusher, HPT multi-cylinder cone crusher and VSI6X sand maker. It can process raw stone sized 200-1200mm, and produce manufactured sand 0-5mm, plus high-quality aggregate of 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm. Finished products are widely used in high-grade building materials and key construction projects.

1. Feeding & Primary Crushing

Equipped with one set F5X1660 vibrating feeder with capacity 500-1000 tons per hour. It feeds materials evenly and screens out dirt in advance to ensure steady operation of follow-up machines.

The core primary crusher is C6X145 jaw crusher. Its feed opening is 1400×1500mm, which can take large granite blocks up to 1200mm. Discharge size ranges from 70mm to 200mm, with hourly output 400-600 tons. With upgraded crushing cavity, it wears slowly and runs with low failure rate, easing working load for medium and fine crushing.

2. Medium & Fine Crushing Section

We match one HST315 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and two HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers for efficient secondary and fine crushing.

HST315 works for medium crushing, reducing jaw crusher output into 30-60mm material at 280-450 tons per hour. It supports easy cavity cleaning via hydraulic system.

HPT300 cone crushers finish fine crushing work. Optimized crushing cavity makes finished material 10-30mm, single machine output 200-300 tons per hour. Layer compression crushing improves stone shape and compression strength, fully meeting high standard aggregate requirements.

3. Screening, Shaping & Sand Making

Two sets S5X3075 three-deck vibrating screens are installed, handling 600-800 tons per hour. They accurately sort finished stones into different sizes. Unqualified material will be sent back to cone crushers for re-crushing to form closed-circuit production.

VSI6X1150 vertical shaft impact sand maker is used for sand making and shaping. It takes 0-50mm raw material with output 200-250 tons per hour. Adopting rock-on-rock crushing principle, it produces cubic-shaped sand with stable gradation and adjustable fineness modulus to guarantee good sand quality.

4. Auxiliary & Environmental Protection System

Complete supporting belt conveyors, electric control system and pulse dust collectors are equipped. The whole line runs in fully enclosed condition to keep dust emission within standard limits.

Plant layout is designed according to local terrain to cut down conveyor quantity and lower operating cost. Intelligent control system monitors all machine data in real time, supporting one-button start and stop for easy maintenance. The whole line can keep stable long-term running and reach designed production capacity steadily.
