1. Feeding Equipment

F5X and TSW vibrating feeders serve as the core feeding unit. Built with heavy-duty frames and powerful vibration force, they steadily transport large limestone blocks and remove soil impurities in advance to prevent clogging. It supports production capacity up to 1000 tons per hour and keeps the whole line running smoothly.

2. Crushing Equipment

C6X Jaw Crusher (Primary Crushing)

Adopting European deep crushing cavity structure, it handles raw stones up to 750mm in size. It features large crushing ratio and low power use. Durable body suits harsh mining conditions, with maximum single machine output reaching 800 tons per hour.

CI5X & PFW Impact Crusher (Secondary Crushing & Shaping)

It crushes and shapes stones at the same time. Hammer impact produces well-shaped aggregates with few flaky particles, ideal for high-grade construction materials. PFW model comes with hydraulic opening design for easy maintenance, capable of replacing primary and secondary crushers.

VSI Sand Making Machine

Designed specially for limestone sand production. Rock-on-rock crushing creates well-graded, round-shaped sand, perfectly matching demands of concrete mixing plants and asphalt road projects.

3. Screening Equipment

S5X circular vibrating screen boasts strong vibration and high screening efficiency. Multi-layer screens sort materials into sizes of 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-20mm. Oversized materials go back to crushers for reprocessing, forming a closed loop to guarantee qualified finished grain size.

4. Conveying & Auxiliary Equipment

Belt conveyors with fully sealed structure connect all processing machines. They transfer materials automatically with little dust emission and material loss.
