Factors Affecting the Production Capacity of Crushers
.Material hardness: Harder materials are harder to crush and cause more wear on the machine. The crushing process slows down, so the unit’s output goes down as well.
.Material moisture: If materials contain too much water, they tend to stick inside the cone crusher. They may also clog the discharge and conveying parts, which cuts down production efficiency.
.Output fineness: The finer you need the finished material to be, the lower the crusher’s working capacity will be.

.Material composition: Excess fine particles in raw materials will hinder crushing work, since fine dust easily sticks together and blocks material flow. It is recommended to sift materials with high fine content beforehand.
.Material viscosity: Materials with higher viscosity are more likely to stick to machine parts.
.Wear resistance of crushing parts: Better wear resistance of the cone crusher’s key crushing components means higher production capacity. Worn or low-quality parts will greatly reduce the machine’s performance.
