How to configure a sand and aggregate production line?

Sand and aggregate production lines fall into two categories: stone crushing lines and sand making lines. Different finished products require different line configurations. In actual operation, the layout can be adjusted according to the hardness of raw materials and required finished particle sizes.

1. Equipment for Sand and Aggregate Production Lines

A full production line mainly consists of jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, vibrating screens, conveyors, feeders, electric control systems and other auxiliary gear. Each setup is custom-designed based on site surveys and client demands, delivering rational, efficient and practical layouts. The design prioritizes high throughput, low wear and economical operating costs.

2. Production Process Flow

Raw stone is fed evenly into the jaw crusher for primary crushing via a vibrating feeder. Coarsely crushed material is transported by belt conveyor to the cone crusher for secondary fine crushing. The finely crushed material then moves to a vibrating screen for grading. Material meeting target particle sizes goes to a sand washer for cleaning, then carried away by finished-product conveyors as final output. Oversized material cycles back to the cone crusher for reprocessing, forming a closed-loop circulation system.
