Main equipment of sand making production line

A typical sand making production line is mainly divided into crushing and sand making sections. The types of machines used vary according to raw material types, production output and finished grain shape requirements.

1、Jaw Crusher (Primary Coarse Crushing)

It is widely used for large-sized raw materials. It works by squeezing materials inside. Designed with deep crushing cavity, it runs efficiently and allows adjustable discharge size. Its hourly output ranges from 12 to 1510 tons, and the maximum feeding size is within 1280mm.

2、Impact Crusher (Secondary Medium Crushing)

This machine fits soft and brittle stone materials. It breaks stones through strong impact force. Finished products are cube-shaped with excellent grain quality and great overall working benefits. Its production capacity is 50 to 2000 tons per hour, with max feeding size up to 1300mm.

3、Cone Crusher (Secondary Medium Crushing)

Adopting squeezing crushing principle with multiple crushing cavities, it is ideal for hard stone and large-scale production sites. Wear parts enjoy long service life. It can process 45 to 2130 tons per hour, and the feeding size is no more than 350mm.

4、Sand Making Machine

We optimize its crushing cavity structure to meet diverse processing demands. It supports both rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron crushing modes. Internal wear parts and impact blocks are professionally structured to boost working efficiency greatly. Its hourly capacity is 60 to 640 tons, and raw material feeding size shall be under 50mm.

5、Auxiliary Equipment

It includes vibrating screens, feeders, sand washers, belt conveyors and other matching machines. These devices connect all main crushing and sand making units to ensure stable and smooth operation of the whole production line.
