1. Main Model: VSI Series Vertical Shaft Impact Sand Maker

The VSI series is a classic model. Its standard feed size is 0-50mm. When matched with pre-installed jaw crusher or cone crusher, it can easily process 150mm raw material. Its production capacity ranges from 60 to 520 tons per hour.

It adopts two working modes: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron. Materials are accelerated by high-speed closed impellers and crushed into sand through collision. The finished sand is cubic with good roundness, and its fineness modulus can be adjusted, which fully meets the standard of construction sand.

It is equipped with an oil lubrication system to reduce wear part loss and extend service life. The hydraulic top-open design makes daily maintenance easy. It is well suited for small and medium sand production lines with high cost performance.

2. Upgraded High-efficiency Model: VSI5X / VSI6X Series Sand Maker

As upgraded versions of the VSI series, both models have a standard feed size of 0-50mm, and can work with 150mm raw material after pre-crushing treatment.

The capacity of VSI5X is 70-640 tons per hour, and VSI6X reaches 100-583 tons per hour, ideal for large-scale continuous production.

VSI5X optimizes the crushing cavity and impeller structure, raising the service life of wear parts by 30%, and performs well in processing hard materials such as granite and basalt.

VSI6X uses a four-port impeller design. The split peripheral guard plate can be reversed for repeated use. It adopts special sealing to prevent oil leakage and comes with a lifting device for much easier maintenance. It has a higher sand yield rate and is the preferred choice for medium and large sand production lines.

3. High-end Integrated Model: VU Tower-type Dry Sand Making System

The VU system is a compact fully enclosed tower-type equipment. Its standard feed size is 0-15mm, suitable for fine sand making after 150mm material goes through multi-stage crushing, with a capacity of 60-205 tons per hour.

It integrates sand making, particle shaping, stone powder control, gradation adjustment and environmental protection treatment into one unit. With fully enclosed conveying and negative pressure dust removal, it creates no dust or sewage pollution and meets environmental protection standards.

It can turn low-cost materials like stone chips and crushed stone into high-quality manufactured sand with good particle shape and reasonable gradation, which can replace natural sand and bring good economic benefits. It is widely used in mixing stations, dry-mix mortar plants and other high-end projects.

4. Supporting Pre-treatment: Jaw Crusher + Cone Crusher

For original 150mm feed material, we adopt PE jaw crusher for primary crushing (feed size ≤1500mm) and HPT cone crusher for secondary crushing (feed size ≤300mm).

The two crushers break 150mm material down to below 50mm, then send it to the sand maker. It forms a complete production flow: primary crushing → secondary crushing → sand making → screening. The whole line runs stably with high efficiency and suits materials of all hardness levels.
