1.Jaw Crusher (Primary Crushing)

It is used for large-sized raw materials. It works on the compression crushing principle. Featuring a deep crushing cavity, it delivers high working efficiency and adjustable discharge size. Its hourly output ranges from 12 to 1510 tons, and the maximum feed size is 1280 mm.

2.Impact Crusher (Secondary Crushing)

This machine is ideal for brittle and soft stones. It crushes materials by impact force and brings great overall benefits. The final products are cubic in shape with excellent grain quality. Its hourly output is 50 to 2000 tons, with a maximum feed size of 1300 mm.

3.Cone Crusher (Secondary Crushing)

Adopting the compression crushing design and equipped with multiple cavity types, it suits hard stone materials and large-scale production plants. Its wear parts enjoy a long service life. It can process 45 to 2130 tons per hour, and the maximum feed size is 350 mm.

4.Sand Making Machine

We have optimized the crushing cavity structure to meet diverse processing demands. It supports two crushing modes: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron. The material lining for rock-on-rock mode and impact blocks for rock-on-iron mode are specially designed for actual working conditions, which greatly boosts crushing efficiency. Its hourly output is 60 to 640 tons, and the maximum feed size is 50 mm.

5.Auxiliary Equipment

This category includes screening machines, feeders, sand washers and belt conveyors. They connect all main machines and ensure the whole production line runs steadily.
