What are the primary crushing equipment?

Primary crushing is mostly used for the first coarse crushing of mine raw ore, construction waste and large stone materials. It handles large feed size and produces relatively coarse output.

1、Jaw Crusher (most common primary crusher)

Suitable for: granite, bluestone, river pebble, ore, construction waste and almost all hard materials.

Features: large feeding size, wear resistance and stable output; standard equipment for primary coarse crushing.

2、Gyratory Crusher

Suitable for: large mines and high-output raw ore materials.

Features: high capacity and continuous crushing. Widely used for primary crushing in large open-pit mines as a replacement for large jaw crushers.

3、Heavy Hammer Crusher

Suitable for: medium and low hardness materials such as limestone, coal gangue and gypsum.

Features: one-step forming, can be used as primary crushing equipment and save secondary crushing process.

4、Mobile Primary Crushing Station

Including wheel-type mobile jaw crushing station and crawler mobile jaw crushing station.

Suitable for: unfixed working sites, on-site crushing of construction waste and mobile operation in remote mines. It comes with integrated feeding, screening and conveying functions for direct primary coarse crushing.

5、Toothed Roll Crusher (double toothed roll / grading toothed roll)

Suitable for: brittle materials such as raw coal, coke, shale and limestone. Mostly used for primary coarse crushing in coal mines and coal washing plants.
