A single unit can achieve 1200–3000 TPH, directly meeting demands above 1000 TPH.Suitable for large mines and continuous production, it is more efficient than jaw crushers in processing hard rocks, runs stably with low wear, and is ideal for large-scale sand and aggregate bases.

2. Secondary & Tertiary Crushing Equipment (1000 TPH Class)
HPT Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone CrusherA high-performance secondary and tertiary crushing model. The HPT800 has a capacity of 400–850 TPH.It adopts laminated crushing and multi-cavity design, producing finished products with excellent particle shape and high fine material content. Equipped with hydraulic cavity cleaning, automatic discharge and intelligent control, it is suitable for high-hardness materials such as basalt and granite. A 1000 TPH production line is usually equipped with 1 HPT800 or 2 HPT500 units.

Hydraulic cover opening and easy part replacement make it suitable for high-output, high-quality aggregate projects.
3. Sand Making & Shaping Equipment (Matching for 1000 TPH)
VSI6X Series Vertical Shaft Impact CrusherThe core sand making and shaping equipment. A single VSI6X1150 unit produces 300–450 TPH.It supports dual modes of “rock-on-rock” and “rock-on-iron”, with a four-port rotor and upgraded wear-resistant components. For a 1000 TPH sand/aggregate production line, 2 units in parallel are commonly used to achieve both sand making and shaping, delivering excellent particle shape and reasonable gradation.
