500TPH Stone Crushing Production Line Configuration Scheme

We designed a 500 tons per hour crushing production line for common materials like granite, basalt and limestone. The maximum feed size is 800 mm. Finished products include manufactured sand (0-5 mm) and crushed stone (5-10 mm, 10-25 mm), which are high-quality aggregates ideal for commercial concrete plants and highway roadbeds.

The whole line adopts independently developed equipment from Shibang. It follows the three-stage crushing and closed-circuit process to deliver high efficiency, stable operation and low maintenance costs.

Production Process

Raw material bin → F5X vibrating feeder (pre-screening and soil removal) → PEW European jaw crusher (primary crushing) → HST single-cylinder cone crusher (secondary crushing) → VSI6X impact crusher (sand making & shaping) → S5X vibrating screen (material classification) → finished product stockpile.
Unqualified materials will be sent back to the cone crusher or impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed circulation system.

Main Equipment List

1.F5X1345 Vibrating Feeder

It feeds materials evenly and removes dirt via pre-screening. This prevents blockages and improves overall crushing efficiency.

2.PEW860 European Hydraulic Jaw Crusher (Primary Crusher)

It crushes raw materials within 800 mm down to below 250 mm for the next crushing stage.

3.HST250 Single-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher (Secondary Crusher)

It further crushes materials under 250 mm to less than 50 mm. The inter-particle crushing mode ensures good particle shape.

4.VSI6X1150 Impact Crusher (Sand Making & Shaping)

It turns materials under 50 mm into 0-5 mm manufactured sand, and optimizes the shape of crushed stone at the same time.

5.S5X2760-3 Three-deck Vibrating Screen

It accurately separates materials into three finished sizes: 0-5 mm, 5-10 mm and 10-25 mm.
