Soft rock (limestone, dolomite): 2 sets of CI5X impact crushers (CI5X1520). It makes finished products in one crushing process with a simple flow, hourly output 600-800 tons and lower investment cost.

3. Screening and Shaping System

2 to 4 sets of YK circular vibrating screens (4YK3072) with four layers of screen meshes. It accurately separates stones into different sizes: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm, with a screening efficiency above 95%.

Optional equipment: 1 set of VSI6X sand making machine, used to reshape stones for better grain shape and purity, meeting demands of high-standard aggregate.

4. Auxiliary System

Multiple belt conveyors connect all processing units to realize automatic continuous production.

Environmental protection devices: bag dust collectors and spray systems to meet emission standards.
