Core Sand Making Equipment

Vertical shaft impact crushing is the main technology. It has four main models: VSI, VSI5X, VSI6X and VU tower type sand making system, to meet different output, raw materials and working conditions.

VSI Series

Capacity: 60–520 tons per hour, feeding size ≤50mm
Working method: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron two crushing modes, thin oil lubrication, three-port rotor
Advantages: good grain shape, perfect gradation, low wear parts loss
Application: small and medium sand production lines
Suitable materials: river pebble, granite, limestone, basalt and other medium and hard stones

VSI5X Series

Capacity: 70–640 tons per hour, about 10% higher than VSI model
Features: upgraded crushing cavity and impeller, longer service life
Application: large-scale sand plant, mass production for pebble and granite sand making

VSI6X Series (New Generation)

Capacity: 100–583 tons per hour, higher sand yield
Design: four-port impeller, improved anti-leakage sealing, built-in lifting structure for easy maintenance
Highlights: stable output, better sand shape, longer service life of wear parts

VU Tower Type Dry Sand Making System (Eco-friendly Solution)

Capacity: 60–205 tons per hour, feeding size ≤15mm
Structure: closed tower integrated design, negative pressure dust removal, no waste water
All-in-one function: sand making, stone shaping, powder removing, gradation adjustment and moisture control
Finished sand: round grain shape, controllable powder content (3%–5%), same quality as natural sand
Usage: commercial concrete mixing plant, dry mortar factory, urban projects with strict environmental protection rules
